Tithe: A Modern Fairie Tale This book I really liked, because it was what I was looking for, magic, adventure, and love. It had all the elements just that I couldn’t keep up with certain names in the book. For example they had exotic names that I couldn’t pronounce even to save my life! Okay, so I’m exaggerating a bit. I could pronounce them but after a while of trying. Moving on, I liked that it had a lot of details and made my imagination soar, it allowed me to picture scenes in the book as if it were a movie. And I really liked that. I also liked that they main character was easy to relate to. At times she seems insane but others she seems like a regular teenager trying to find their place in the constant moves that her mother throws at her. She moves any times a year because her mother is a rocker and wants more than anything else to be in the lime light. Well, that part I can’t relate to but the whole teenage thing I can. We all go through it at one point or another. But over all I think that this book was well written and had what it took to capture a picky reader.
